To avoid disappointment or rejection, refrain from requesting characters or drawing types that may not harmonize with my style.(Examples: hyperealism, furries, specific artstyles from animated shows) If you’re unsure, feel free to ask - I’m here to help!
- I strive to complete your commission promptly and efficiently. This timeframe can vary, typically ranging from a few days to about a month, contingent upon the complexity involved. Please understand that personal, unforeseen delays may occasionally arise.
- When using the illustration online, proper credit attributing me as the original artist is required. (feel free to ask me about specific situations if unsure)
- I retain the right to decline a commission if I’m not comfortable with the client or the requested illustration.
Payment and Additional Charges:
- I will not commence work on the commission until payment is received. Please note that payment is required within 7 days to initiate the commission process, and failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the commission. Exceptions to the specified timeframe can be made for commission waitlist requests or larger projects.
- I will need your PayPal information for billing/invoice purposes; your info will be kept private.
- Rush orders will incur additional fees.
- Significant modifications are accommodated during the sketching phase. Any substantial alterations requested during the final stages will incur an additional fee. For instance, a complete overhaul of the composition may result in a 100% charge.
- Please note that refunds are not entertained unless I have not begun the commission. The full payment is mandatory once I start working and will be regarded as a cancellation fee if the commission is canceled, even if the commission remains unfinished. There are no extra charges except for transaction fees incurred.
Monetization, Usage, and Rights:
- I strictly prohibit tracing, copying, editing, or unauthorized use, particularly for AI or AI training purposes.
- I always retain the copyright to my art unless discussed otherwise.
- I will include a watermark on my art to protect myself from art theft.
- I may use the finished art for social media and portfolio purposes; if you do not want me to, please let me know beforehand.
- The prices listed on my website are base rates for personal use only, not intended for commercial purposes. For commercial commissions, the rate is always double the listed price. Thanks for understanding!
- Artwork created for monetizable social media platforms like YouTube and Twitch, such as thumbnails and banners, typically falls under commercial commission fees.
- If there are plans to monetize your channel in the future, even if it’s not currently set up for monetization, it would be considered a commercial commission. The key factor is your intentions and how you’ll use the artwork. To avoid confusion, let’s discuss your intended use of the artwork beforehand.
- Additionally, any artwork created for items intended for sale, such as gadgets, merchandise, t-shirts, keychains, or prints, qualifies as a commercial commission. This includes scenarios where my artwork isn’t the primary feature (like book covers or similar items).
By requesting a commission, you are hereby agreeing to the terms above and will be expected to abide by them.Thank you for your support!
